AI Memory & Query Logs
When an AI agent in this service uses our shared memory system ("Clara brain") to retrieve context, we record the query — including the natural-language question (truncated to 768 characters), the agent that made the request, response timing, and result counts.
Retention: We automatically delete these query logs after 90 days. No query text is retained longer. Retention is enforced by an automated daily process.
What we do NOT store:
- Any personally identifying content beyond what the agent's query happens to include
- The full vector embedding of the query (only the truncated text and metadata)
Why we log: to improve retrieval quality, detect abuse, and bill usage accurately. Logs are never sold or shared with third parties.
Access: you can request a copy or deletion of any query log tied to your account by contacting privacy@quiknation.com.
